1. How to cancel an account
 
If you wish to cancel your Backup account with Connected, click here to email your account number and your request to support. You account will be cancelled within the next few business hours and you will receive a confirmation by return email. Refunds are not offered for backup plans that are paid on a monthly basis.
 
2. What happens to your stored backups
 
Connected retains your data for a courtesy period of 30 days, after which time they are deleted and will no longer be recoverable. We strongly recommend you order CD(s) of your archives. Learn how to order your archives on CD.
 
3. When is the last bill charged?
 
Billing ceases immediately upon cancellation of an account. You will not receive any charges after your account has been cancelled.
