your account number and your request to support. You account will be cancelled within the next few business hours and you will
receive a confirmation by return email. Refunds are not offered for backup plans that are paid on a monthly basis.
Connected retains your data for a courtesy period of 30 days, after which time they are deleted and will no longer
be recoverable. We strongly recommend you order CD(s) of your archives. Learn how to order your archives on CD.
