We can consult with you on the best way to set up your accounting and tax entity for the new or continuing business. We can assist you with the formation of an LLC or a corporation from an accounting and tax point of view. We work with all kinds of businesses but have special knowledge in the areas of government contracting, manufacturing and engineering firms. We do tax planning and prepare business income tax returns. Preparing individual tax returns is a large part of our business. We have been in business in the San Diego area since 1985. The principal accountant earned his CPA in 1974 and has been working in the field ever since.
