He has over fourteen years of experience in public accounting conducting audit and advisory services predominantly in the nonprofit, manufacturing, distribution, retail and solid waste industries. Jim's expertise also includes performing employee benefit plan audits and working with technology and franchise companies. Jim has extensive experience working with nonprofits, including performing arts organizations and museums, foundations, religious organizations and social service organizations. Jim has significant experience in the areas of revenue recognition, investment and endowment reporting, cost accounting, and defined benefit and contribution plans. Jim has served on his firms technical practice committees and with his diverse skill set, he has enabled clients to better utilize resources and strengthen controls surrounding asset management and security through forensic, operational, and security consulting engagements.
