My practice emphasizes advising clients on various personal financial planning issues including distribution, retirement, social security, income tax, insurance, education, investment and estate tax as a fee-only comprehensive financial planner. I am a member of the American Institute of CPAs as well as the Florida Institute of CPAs. In addition to the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate, designations include the AICPA's Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certificate. I utilize Retirement Planning Software to create comprehensive financial plans and analyze an individual's personal finance over the entire life expectancy to determine the detailed strategic planning that will be required for achieving the desired financial goals. Comprehensive retirement planning not only involves tax and investment planning but healthcare, social security and long term care planning as well. All of these elements should be factored in to properly address a person's financial plan. I also assist clients and their estate attorneys in developing and managing a personalized estate plan to preserve the family's financial assets and continue to monitor on an on-going basis, through financial planning and tax compliance, those strategies that have been or need to be implemented. I work with several probate attorneys providing the tax compliance aspects of winding up an estate, post-mortem planning strategies, and on-going trust return preparation
