Exorbitant Tax Return fees, Poor Business Advice, Inattentive Customer Service. The guy does a good job at concealing mental illness. Heard stories of psychotic behavior while on the job. You can find a brighter CPA for less money.

Great guy. He told me how to save some money on our taxes and he helped me get in touch with a debt counselor. He went out of his way to HELP ME, for that I am happy! Fees were inline with what I paid last year $250, not bad.
