Started a tax case with Mr. Leonard and regretted every moment of my experience with him. Paid him up fron (my mistake) and he did not complete his work. Used many ‘personal’ excuses to justify delays in handling my case. Chased him for two years and ultimately had to pay someone else to do the work that he should have done. Absolutely worthless. Don’t waste your time not your money on this guy. A thief as far as I am concerned.
