Do not use this company. They do not disclose their hourly fee and then charge an extremely high fee to release the returns. I used them a few years in a row, and it seemed ok, but the last time I went to them for taxes the fee "doubled" in cost. The reason? They claimed that the fees increased 20-25% due to costs AND that the year before I was given a "discounted rate". My invoice I paid NEVER stated any kind of "discount" and I was never notified that they increased their fee 20-25%. I still don't know what their hourly rate is, but considering I was a repeat customer and most of my returns was basic w2 income, they are charging close to $500 an hour....
